Hello, my name is Justin Payne also known as PJTOON75. I am a traditional self trained cartoonist. I have been drawing cartoons for the past twenty years, and for me, it is a lot of fun. I have had my ups and downs creatively over the years, but through it all, I have persevered. I no longer do requests, and I don't do commissions.
