We have a couple of groups here on DA. both are good for displaying your works be it individual pages or whole manga. There is which was for skill testing and contests but it hasn't really been active since recently after its creation. And I just recently founded which is more for talking with other ComiPo Mangaka. We have tutorials, free resource lists and a manga that is a collaboration of many of the group which just started.
