what a damn slap in the face lol

so arkansas has decided that housekeepers arent worth shit and have stated they refuse to give us a bonus.

instead we have to watch all the crappy cnas who half of em dont do their jobs and are so messy and make our jobs harder get a big fat bonus.

it wouldnt be SO bad if they hadnt made us do a LOT of extra shite. we have been busting our asses so hard with all the shit theyve been making us do.

well todays my last straw. i refuse to do any extra shite anymore. im gonna go back to doing my job how i used to without all the extra crap.

if they wanna fire me they can. im not gonna be humble rn i know im one of the best cleaners this shithole has, and legit ive earned a lot of ppls respect. ive had ppl begging me to work in their dept lol
but i refuse bc cleaning is my therapy and i enjoy doing it.

but im not gonna keep breaking my damn back doing all this other shit when i hardly have time as it is to clean all my rooms.

ive been so exhausted lately that on my days off i cant even!!! play video games!! my body is so overworked i cant enjoy my day offs bc i have to waste time sleeping. its so aggrivating!

i want to be more active online again. im gonna set up some accs in other places where ppl can keep up with me if theyd like to be friends.

my two goals this year is to post more art even if its incomplete (cuz due to mental health i lose interest half way thru pics a lot xD)
and to spread more positivity to unknown artists or beginner artists. ive always done this but due to being inactive i havent been doing it lol but i wanna start it up again. i love doting on cute and awesome art that gets like no attention and i love commissioning ppl and giving tips and stuff.

i want to be a better person despite how crazy my BPD makes me smtimes. ik i have a tendency to show an ugly side when i have a switch moment but as i get older it calms down a lot.

i want friends again lol ive lost a lot over the years due to my issues but i wanna overcome it and do better.

anyways im so angry i could spit nails over how society treats sanitation workers. i took an extra break just to vent this shit on my phone somewhere lol i guess i gotta get back to work. 😔
