Ok. well it should be pretty simple...

Lets see if I'm an ok teacher XD

1-Turn on computer.
2-Log into your email.
3- "compose new mail" or "new"... Just go to send a new email...
4- Go to "attach file" or "attachment"
5- It should let you chose what you want to attach. Click your video/sound file... then click "ok" or "attach"
6- send it to ipokedaman@gmail.com

Sadly, no. That's why many Deviants make new accounts and move all their stuff there. You can't even close down your previous account so there are a lot of dead accounts.
