# About me

Several ways to express myself in creative means have been in my blood from early childage days on. It never had been wished or accepted by my surroundings, but nevertheless I kept doing, what my favours of using time are. I grew up in a small village on the countryside of southern germany, where people didn't share a lot of intrest in arts or creative working. They kept going on telling me that I waste time and what I do is nothing but bollocks. Mainly this place produces the main class of hard worker people, so later I learned to understand. I pretty well earned the image of some mental degenerative fool, and people kept on trying to make me quit artworking. Still, even all the beating-up and punishment in discrimination and social neglect couldn't exstinguish the creative drive inside my head.
I never went to art class or similar. My people wouldn't have been able to afford that, and as they virtually rejected my type of personality, they would not have seen a decent sense in it either. All of my working is the result of watching nature and science, Fusion of thought, idea and fantasy and jongling with the possibilities perception will collect.

About the same time when all the drawing and painting started -- I was about age 3-4 -- I started to invent my own music. I tought myself to play the piano, and I was sad when my people sold it to pay debt rates. I started to use a willow stick to scratch on a hollow wall to get an array of different sounds out of the different sized spaces in it. One could call it "play the walliano". I always got fresh ideas, if I had no real materials. When turning 8-9 years of age, I started to write lyrics, too, and once 10 years old, I wrote fantasy and science fiction stories. My intrests in science and philosophy exploded, still against everyone's wishes. In germany it depends on social background and money, whatever level of education a person can archieve. If you are born into a family that doesn't infatuate on culture or science, there's only the chance to self-educate. That's what I tried and all my life have been clinging on to.
Today I'm rather living changing periods of being homeless and living at strange folks places in exchange of teaching them how to use the internet and the like. Oh, I've tried different 'solid jobs' and all that. In wanted to become a scientist, work for the MNR in Canada, and I've tried to emigrate. I took on some international correspondence school course that should bring me learning toward Conservation Officer. All they did was taking the money I had saved away. I never saw anything of the whole course...
All it did to me was giving me depression.
Somehow, melancholy seems to be one of the main factors that fuel my creative power plant. I sometimes get what I named 'mindstorms', I don't know if it's related to the type of information overload they describe in asperger autism, but there are similarities. Mindstorms cause me to devellop ideas and spin out the most weird concepts I ever come up with.
My brother said it was some type of mental illness, other people found more kind sounding terms.
Anyways, everyone of the many that tried, could not crack down my creative spirits, and still this multispectral synthesizing process is coming to flood my poor ole bean with wicked stuff. I know pretty well I'll never get close to any professional artist like H.R. Giger or Julie Bell for Example, but it's my little creative world I'm trying to keep alive.
Last but not least it's always been like my private little inner infinity, and the switching between music, painting, fashion design, innovative ideas, philosophy, writing novels and lyrics gave me worlds of inner peace and virtual coping in this strange reality.

I like to show my stuff around, but I never have sold much. I gave it away in exchange of people talking to me or spending their time. I got things that money can not buy. You can't buy one single nanobit of freedom, acceptance or friendship, not even if you would be the king of norway.
And he's told to be a decent dude

I've been dreaming about working for some movie company and designing monsters, critters, fantastic worlds and things like that often. I don't think that would ever happen *lol*
Might be some folks find fun looking at some of the things I do, everything more would be the higher bonus to descend onto my nose.

So hope you enjoy some of what I do.
Sincerly,

Pit Van Calvin II
