Ness Mac Conchobar
So you created the OC? I really like the character, and I just felt like I had to compliment you on him. He seems strangely relatable (but not too relatable). And I notice certain implications. (giving birth to a Shiny Ekans named Tara... if his father had taught him anything, it was the power of a firm smack to the behind). Should I assume this Tara doesn't have a nice life right now?
Anyway, is there any place to read more about him? Is he starred in any stories?

Well, thank you, I appreciate your kind words! Ness was certainly a fun character to come up with, and to hear that you liked him a lot, that is great to hear! You can actually find more of him in the group's official work, including Mission 9 and Event 9 , and even a short story in the middle of Mission 10 .
As for Tara, she's actually happier than you might think! True, her childhood wasn't exactly happy, and she was originally sent to Aether to participate in a contest for the king's heart. She ended up falling in love with the king and then became married to him (as you can see in those mission prompts above). And now she rules the main kingdom of the group alongside her husband! If you're interested, I can send you links to those stories too, when Tara first arrived in the kingdom to meet Alaric, the king.
Again, thank you!

I read the one M9 thing you tried to link me to. It seems like Tara actually likes her father enough to invite him to the wedding. I'll read the rest later, of course. I do actually have an OC - not for your group, just for general use - who totally loves messing with guys he thinks are super serious. Not in a way to necessarily mock them or even hurt them, but just a quick way to try and have fun, and maybe see if the other guy has fun. Coincidentally, a Charmander. Anyway, I normally don't talk to creators of characters about their characters, but I thought "hey, why not? At least this person actually put their characters' GOAL." - I think too few people really think of a goal. It's sorta sad to me when I see characters labelled as good simply because they aren't "mary-sues".

Ah, okay, hope you like the other missions once you get a chance to read them! And thanks again, it is certainly nice to hear that others enjoy my work.
(I prob wouldn't recommend your OC trying to "mess" with Ness. It's highly unlikely that it wouldn't result in him ending up in a jail cell - or worse, ha)

Daww, but how could he hurt such an innocent child *bats eyes playfully*
Also, speaking of your work, how much work IS it to maintain a group like yours?

Quite a lot - which is why there's more than one admin, hah. We all have our jobs though, with some of us doing art while others do writing, so it all works out real well when we get together and finish stuff.

Me personally, I'm working mostly on character creation. Like that Charmander I mentioned who totally deserved a firm smack to the backside as well. So who created the group?

I got a couple more questions for Ness (and this world in general) actually - I tend to be very curious.
-So Ness doesn't like women, but what about girls? It was somewhat implied he didn't like young girls either, but I am very much a person of technicalities.
-And what law does Ness operate by? From what I've gathered, Ness is basically an Irish king - but pre-1700 Ireland was more interested in restitution than other punishments (Brehon law). The worst my character would do as teasing though is likely sly remarks, mooning, or sticking his tongue out at Ness, but nothing actually physical. I've always been a law and punishment and details person.
-The link you sent for Event 9 didn't work, and I couldn't seem to find it.

I'm OK, thanks!Β "All work and no play makes Meg a dull girl..."Β Trying to rediscover myself by making more time for fun.Β My friend built me a Gameboy SP and gave me a Pokemon Gold for free (!) so I've burnt 7 or 8 hours this week playing it (while I should have been sleeping).Β Doing NaNoWriMo and managed to finish outlining Veronica for it (so excited).Β Dealing with strep throat (probably from gaming instead of sleeping lol).Β I'm glad to hear you are well!!Β Are you still working at the library?
