Well, basically I have that fetish ^^. I love to see a girl smoking, I don't know why because I don't smoke, even I hate it, but if a girl smokes, for me makes her look more cute and sexy :3.
I understand that it's a weird fetish with drawings (but common irl), and I understand that most of people don't like it, but I can't resist ^^'.
I hope that you understand why I do that with my answer ^^.
