Overly complicated characters will be subject to a price increase depending on complexity. Simple 1/2 color backgrounds are free, additional details can range from $1-!0 depending on complexity. It's a television show. The main character is a serious European-style clown who has taken a job as a rodeo clown.
It's a comedy, but it doesn't have jokes or a laugh track or the like. It's more observational and ironic.
