Not sure what a CUR file is... if it means you can't download the TGA, you could just convert the PNG to TGA with Paint.NET or whatever. In either case, put the file in C:/Program Files/Steam/steamapps/**Your Steam name**/team fortress 2/tf/materials/vgui/logos and it should import properly. Enjoy!

Thanks :P (Lick) I could probably just save it as a picture and then send it to a different file, that's actually how I got your Engineer one to work.
