Ok Ok. So first off you gotta make sure you are drinking a lot a lot of fluids, especially tea or juice if you have any. Make sure if your throat ever gets to bothering you real bad that you do the salt water trick, you know that one. Steam is really helpful and she said to take a lot of hot showers if you can. Stay in bed as long as possible, you are allowed to be coach potato, too much running around and doing thing's is just gonna make it stick around, if not make it worse. Soup is always good, preferably chicken noodle soup, so if you got that then good. When you're laying down try to keep your head elevated and if your nose and head is really bothering you, get a rag and get some really hot water on it and lay on your face or head when you lay down. Oh and also a hell of a lot of sleep when you can get it, and try to get your hands on some cough drops or hard candy. If you gotta cough and it's gonna be all funky and shizz then you definitely need to cough, it will help get it out of ya faster. Think that's the most of it. Oh and medicine if you can get your hands on it, I tried to focus more on the home stuff though XD
