i mean, maybe some people have powers that, in a way, are omnipotent, but only in a small range, for example, someone can have the power "faster than you" which basically means she'll always outspeed everyone and everything, or "i know pain" which basically means she knows everything there is about pain on a subconscious level (which also means she knows how to help heal pain, provide emotional or psychological comfort and stuff like that.

I'm going to use an example I thought of a while ago that was kinda a random thought that I haven't had a context for yet to see if I get it.Β It was basically like pyrokenesis that controlled heat first and foremost and the fire came after and was controlled as an extension of that.Β For this they could cause freezing by displacing all the heat in an area including causing shock by pulling round a person's body away and causing a drastic, sharp drop in temperature around them, or by pulling the heat off their body itself.Β So a "heat controller" for no real term, I suppose the idea could be applied to a high-level Firebender like Sozen cooling the volcano.Β So basically by move heat out of the area, a "Firebender" could freeze something, for an easy hypothetical.Β Is that what the idea here is?
