Thanks mate! I really appreciate that! I just took a look at your gallery and while I absolutely love the stuff you've done with Futurama, I'm more than a little upset with the nudes you've posted...seeing as they're not even yours to begin with.... David Charles shot one of them, and I know I've seen the others somewhere else too. I'd strongly suggest removing them ASAP before you're severely flamed.
It's fine to garner inspiration from the photographs you see here (it's what a lot of us do!), but it's entirely another to steal it and claim it as your own. Why don't you just try shooting it yourself? With a little practice, you might just be surprised with the talent you find within yourself!

I've never even entertained the idea of going to ACAD...to be perfectly honest, everybody I know who's gone there has despised it with a passion beyond all other passions. That being said, none of them were ever in the photojournalism program, so I can't really comment on that!
As for my training, I was in the top of my photography classes all throughout high-school and since then have learned anything new on my own.
What about yourself? Is this just a hobby for you or have you had professional training?

I'm kind of sad that I wasn't accepted this year, even though you have to jump through their hoops it doesn't sound like a bad program. It get's rave reviews as far as I've heard. The competitive edge is really high there too which is a little bit of a downfall but oh well.
No it's mostly just a hobby although I really want to make it a proffession. I want to get into school for it but for now, since it's working, I'm just going to start getting my own form of credibility and keep working on it.
