Ahahaha it doesn't matter if anyone is an atheist or a religious person. Everybody has their own choices to make and their own values to pursue. I don't really consider myself a religious person - I am more of spiritual than religious. Just a rational spiritual person who believes Jesus is his personal Savior and greatly values people's rights.

Exactly. I don't mind people obsessing over this horrid book series (in my opinion) about the shallow romance and that every girl needs a boyfriend, but forming a religion/cult out of the franchise is overboard.

I completely agree. For me, the jury is still out on religion. I have some deep set personal beliefs on morality and spirituality, but I'm still not sure about religion and me yet. We'll see. And yes, people's rights is the most important thing, if religion revolved around that I would be very religious. That's my main reserve on religion, infact.

YES. I like the series because I have a rather unhealthy obsession with the undead, and am a sucker for dark romance. BUT Twilight, by nobody's standards is a book to find a moral or strong message in. XD And the religion for it? Dude, that seriously irks me.

Ahahaha if you are a sucker for dark stuff, I can suggest a few to you.
I think you would love Hellsing, Blade, Underworld, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Interview with a Vampire, and Darren Shan Saga (Cirque du Freak Series), all of which are my favourites. Personally, I loathe Vampire Knight, Vampire Diaries and Twilight....maybe because I am not much of a romantic person.... Sweating a little... - ^^;

Haha, I've done my Hellsing time. XD Er, I'm not a Buffy fan although my friends tell me when I straighten my hair I look just like her. XD I was a huge Cirque Du Freak groupie in middle school. No lie. MY MOTHER WON'T LET ME READ ANY ANN RICE. THIS MAKES ME ANGRY. XD

Personally I am a crazy bad romantic. XD I loooove vampire knight... Mostly because I think Zero and Kaname would be drop dead sexy together. XD
