Favorite games: Bloodrayne, Manhunt, Hitman: Blood Money, Hitman: Contracts, Silent Hill 3, Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City, Skyrim, waaay too many more.
Favorite gaming platform: Video Games. Usually PS2, PS3, X-Box etc.
Tools of the Trade: Mechanical pencils, ballpoint pens (black), Pelican brand Ink (black and vermillion), Sharpie markers of all sizes, white gel pens, colouring pencils, Photoshop (for clean-up and brightening).
Other Interests: Customizing MOTU figures and any old beat-up knockoffs I find. I love re-purposing old junk and giving it new life as something else. I'm also a huge movie freak. The DVD collection is always growing. Up until 2009, I was also a musician.
# About me
I'm a visual artist from Vancouver BC, although I refer to it as "Wankouver'. Trust me, live here awhile and you'll see why. The city is beautiful, the people: not so much. Anyway, I'm mainly into pen & ink drawing. I can't really paint as of yet, although I've experimented with water colours, so I tend to use inks and colouring pencils a great deal. I've also spent a great deal of time doing logos and cover art for bands from all over the world. I no longer do this, however. I've grown weary of dealing with rip-offs, liars, shit-talkers and flakes. These days, any art I do, I do mainly for myself although I have done the odd commission piece. Before you ask, NO, if I don't know you I'm not interested in commission work. Sorry, it's just far too easy to get ripped off these days.
I'm also a musician, having been in two Black metal bands. Played bass in one, screamed my lungs out in the other. I've also done a couple of project bands as well. Namely The Creeping Flesh with my musician friend, Spookhaus and Visions Of Oblivion with my friend Pat Dagnino.
These days I'm much more interested in customizing MOTU figures and building dioramas. I was a huge MOTU enthusiast as a kid. I also do an Anti-Christmas comic book called "Satan Claws" with a musician friend of mine, Bruce Campbell (no, not the actor) who does a one-man band called Spookhaus.
