There is a terrorist organization, but they aren't the antagonists. Actually, no one is a antagonist. We deal it out as a completely neutral narrative. The organization takes over several nuclear plants, but something goes wrong, and bewm. ... Well, that's a condensed version. We need to make the characters human and all that.
