The prices for custom adoptables have been discussed, and we have decided, although they are still unavailable for the time being. We're hoping to open them fairly soon though. The gist of it is explained here .

I have no idea, but since they haven't contacted any other agencies to my knowledge (there were a lot of agencies with !izlovezyouz name on the pets) I'm assuming they've left the site and/or not interested in keeping their pets.
