# About me
It's a long, weird story how I fell into having a deviantART account. I didn't intentionally create the account, but suddenly had an account activation notice show up in my email inbox (whoever set it up listed my email address instead of their own). I didn't hear anything from them for the next several weeks, so I kept the account even though the DOB was wrong (but wrong in the good direction, so I'm not complaining!). I never received an email or a note from them, so I figured they didn't want it and created a different one. I figured I might as well move in.
What an interesting world we live in! One day I'm minding my own business, the next, someone gives me a DA account! Isn't that weird...in a cool way?
