Seriously? I think that piece is AMAZING! Maybe they thought that way because...hm. There's a lot of negative space near the top, maybe that made it seem a little less full? But really, you did an incredible job on the painting in that! [Also, I'm totally checking that tutorial out RIGHT now! Anything to paint like that!]

Well, it took a lot of time to finish this piece... more or less 10-11 hours (lol that felt like forever when I was painting it!) I had some problems with the air element but eventually figured it out.
I experimented a bit with the crop tool but I couldn't crop it too much, cus the space behind him are blurred wave and rocks.. ughhh otl
