Angèle is a writer and artist who lives in the wide, open prairies of Manitoba, Canada. She writes, paints, draws and dotes upon her nephew and niece. She loves art of all kinds and hates socks.

I hope you've been doing well! I spent a few hours today away from my work and went to the car show in Selkirk and nearly died from the heat.

It's been quite hot here in Montreal. I've been navigating between fans at home, and when I venture outside I make sure there are air-conditioned oases along the way... usually involving iced coffee. I've been jumping in and out of the sprinkler while watering the garden... feels great, plus I feel like a kid again

I'm so very sorry it's taken me so long to reply. I've been busy with work and commissions and family matters. Unfortunately, every time I think I'll have a chance to catch up with this site, something else comes along to ruin those plans. Yikes. Eventually .... Well, I can only hope.
