There are two tutorials I found that really helped me when I first got started plushing. Runo Dollmaker [link] is really good and BabyLondonStar [link] is the most popular one I've seen. Another tutorial I love is my friend Pheleon's hair tutorial [link]

Don't let all this overwhelm you. Runo has some really simple patterns if you've never sewn anything before. Once you've got the hang of it, you can challenge yourself with more difficult things!
