hello there,. i have been suffering and struggling with mental health issues for a very long time.. its becoming increasingly more difficult and it feels that its beginning to tear apart my self my life my relationships and as hard as i try to keep my head above water i feel like im drowning... ive been told for so long get help get help and i feel so weak to feel like i need help and cant do this on my own.. that just doesnt seem right to me.. i know that these disorders or whatever they run in my family and its sad.. but reading your comment gave me some hope that you can control yourself because i feel like im losing control constantly.. nothing destroys me more than to feel like i cant control my own emotions i feel like a child or idk i just feel like i cant make sense in my head sometimes.. does that make any sense.. loll sorry if it doesnt but i just thought maybe you may be able to give me some advice on how you have gained control.. you sound like a very strong person to have overcome what you have. i also prefer to not be medicated but for so long its been strongly encouraged and that makes me angry.. i feel like alot of things make me angry, and tho im fully conscious that my emotions are highly irrational i cant seem to make them go away they just overtake me brain and my heart and eventually overcome my entire being to where i feel that theres someone else inside me working me like a marionette inside my brain.. it really scares me sometimes the things in my head... anyway ill go ahead and cut this off sorry its so long.lol well thanks for reading

Ah, good. I can do the same, but can't see them anymore. I probably got frightened once when I was very young (I don't remember)and now I have to wait until I'm 16. That's a bit more than a year...

My spirit guide wants me to be able to be a child and play, so he keeps saying I first have to be 16.
Not that I know what he tells me, I only recognise the signs when I'm cycling to school and he wants me to watch out and pay attention. 
I want to learn to "hear" things better, I mean getting information via mind. But I can't find the difference between what I think of and what's really there.

Mind and Mountain
sky marbled fire breath crimson, wading in sand, electricity lost to half sown mind.... one seeks the past, lost what was, again sees the one standing in the fading lights above the arch self sustained prophecy and purpose, seeks again a home among the cracked surfaces of high standing, only to receive parched lips and lost pulse of movement allowing daily function. To the last it was the one and to the one left it was yet another last and final step onto a life newly trodden remembrance of what it was to begin
