Guess I connect more with people on there besides here I guess plus most friends I've known stopped using this site because of trolls, foot fetish's, pervs and children some reason this site got weird. And understandable.

That's understandable. I connect a lot more with my friends on here from Europe and other places of the world since a lot don't have Facebook and don't want it. Oh yeah.. This site is full of those for sure. I think there are many sites that have the trolls, weirdos, etc but I have definitely seen a lot of them on here. I myself have gotten messages to join webcam shows, try to RP with some weird fetishes and other stuff. I usually just them I'm not interested and if they keep bugging me, they get blocked. The one thing that annoys me are the people who randomly me message me for points or a core membership. Yeah, no. Leave me alone, please.

I can totally get that. Yeah I know honestly I remember first time joining this site like 11 years ago at the age of 12 it was a judge-free zone and no one cared if your art sucked or not but all of a sudden DA turned into a anti-nice zone like FF people criticizing like shit. If I see a really bad fanfic I don't comment and say this is retarded no I just find another story to read. Apparently some people can't ignore it they gotta run their both because they got a huge ego.

And yeah its weird I do ever wonder if the site owner got lazy and stopped caring. Yeah I one time got a weird note asking to do a picture of holes in socks like first of all I ain't cutting my socks and specially I ain't an idiot I knew where that note was coming from. Like I don't judge people's likes or opinions like its their choice but like keep me out of it.

Oh believe me I have the same feeling I usually give a strike three then they get the boot aka block.

That's ridiculous honestly if they want a core membership so bad they should pay it themselves that's what I'm doing but I only use it to upload more at once everything else I don't care for. So honestly not much to do with it. I'm assuming these deviants are teenagers because that would make sense

Yeah, it seems things were different during that time for sure. I barley joined the site 4 years ago. I knew about it, but never made a profile just because I didn't consider myself much of an artist. A friend of mine made me make it and it's funny how she doesn't get on anymore but I get on all the time and now she's always on Facebook, which as I mentioned, I barley get on lol. Right? I think people just like to be assholes for no reason. It's as you said before, there's a whole bunch of trolls or it can be that they are jealous and just trying to bring the artist down for no reason. It's quite ridiculous to me. Well, I know this site got bought out by some cloud company called "WIX" back in February of this year. The thing is, I don't understand why they need it, but looks like the paid $36 million to buy out Deviantart. They basically let it run like it usually does though. What the hell? Someone sent you a note saying that? I mean, I don't judge people's interests or whatever, but it seems like a lot of people on this site treat it like a porn or dating site. Sure, there's people trying to get off somehow, but not everyone is like that and this is an art site. Indeed! It took me a while to post something up and since I don't consider myself an artist with drawing, I like to express it with my writing so that's probably why you will see a bunch of journals and an empty gallery. I also love favoriting the art I see since I am collector of some great artwork.

Right? Why I am I going to give someone points or a core membership? Especially when I don't know them and I can be using my money for things that are actually important? I like some of the stuff core offers like no ads and the instant message thing, but I have my phone that let's me know that anyways. It's still a cool little feature though. Yeah, they most likely are and it wouldn't surprise me at all if they were.

Damn so basically recently. And yeah I'm with ya there I can do bases that's it but at least I follow the rules I've seen people that haven't copied the link where to find the base, or user copid and comment on the original saying done with the link of your work but unfortunately haven't done anything with bases because from being lazy, getting distracted easily, having a one-track mind, not in the mood and that app I use lags on and off so I get annoyed easily about it but just haven't had the time and yeah apparently it's a crime to post selfies on here from my Facebook its like the best I got right now I got enough on my plate as it is. Like I haven't gotten to post my photo ops from wizard world philly that happened 2 months ago. I'm trying but you get so exhausted to even have energy to do anything. (Sorry for the rant)

Well can you blame them they're bored and see wow this person is goregous or she's or he is doing great in life and I'm sitting at home or wherever feeling miserable maybe I should terrorize them so they can be on the same level its MS drama honestly I rather deal with adult life drama than MS/HS and that's all I've been seeing on here 95.5% of the time very annoying.

Really? Never knew that that's news to me guess that's where the good people went I don't blame them if they did but honestly there's too much bullying on here its sick. I've dealt with suicide twice actually survived which lead me to the mental hospital (sorry a little bit personal) which I had deep times and when I was brought back I yelled at the person couldn't you let me stayed. But I'm been doing better just taking a day at a time. But people do hit it hard and loose that edge that tight rope they keep walking on no one knows how bullying can go. People think it's considered weak from a perspective its more like their mentally exhausted and tired of bullshit getting hurt and rather be alone at peace dealt with a friend couldn't deal with everything anymore committed suicide over a girl which I can understand you either fall to hard or not at all. But hanged himself with an extension cord around 8am and died around 5pm so I hate when bullying on here goes it's disgusting and disrespectful barely the admins of the site don't do shit about it its sick.

Yeah it was disturbing I said no I don't feel comfortable about that but asked two more times then I stopped replying if I gotten one more asked about it he or she would of been blocked apparently he or she gotten others to do that but for what I know I ain't running to the clothing store to buy a pair of socks just too rip them up and take a what 5-10 second photo ehh no I'm good. Yeah apparently they don't want ads and viruses you can get from pornsites but honestly yes it's art from sketching, photography, digital, poetry, fanfics or etc not tinder. Like yes we get nude photography but that's art but assuming not alot of people know that either if they don't know their history

At least you're writing I haven't written since 2011 because yes I looked at it poorly written basically sped up I was like this is horrible I was just too blinded to see it. But its hard when theres so many things to write then you're on that one project its half finished then you're doing another thing I honestly have no mindset to even sit down and do it like I used too I either want to do one thing after another.

But what I see an artist is what they like not what others think.

Guess people want to be selfish or free loaders. And exactly giving money to strangers can always lead to bad or good things depending on what the money is used to for.

Indeed! I actually saw this person stealing an artist's stuff that I watch and really enjoy. It's a good thing someone told them to take them down since they don't credit the original artist or say that they do not claim it as their own and asked for permission. A crime, huh? I guess some people really do have a different opinion about things. I saw your selfies and thought they were awesome. Those white contacts of yours are super cool! I've always wanted some like that. I wanted to be a zombie one year for Halloween and wanted some contacts like that. Aww man. I'm really sorry to hear that. I hope things get better for you and you are able to have more time. Being an adult and having a bunch of responsibilities really does suck, but it's part of life unfortunately. I always try to find time for friends, writing, myself, etc. It's okay! Omg.. I'm so sorry to hear that. I take things like that very seriously and people do not realize that everyone is going through something or has been through something. It's very sick to bully for dumb ass reasons. No, it's okay. Thank you so much for sharing that with me. There's this quote I like that goes something like “Be kind. For everyone is fighting a harder battle” and I take that to heart. I don't like seeing people go through pain of any kind and a lot have been through so much and that's why there should be more peace and support. Sorry, I sound like a hippie, but I know the world can be cruel place. It's up to us to figure out how we will be able to handle it though. Oh no.. That's terrible! A friend of mine and my brother's committed suicide last year. He hit rock bottom. Like, I didn't know he was living on the streets and doing drugs and he eventually hung himself. It was so terrible to hear about, because I had not heard from him in such a long time and he was close with my brother. I was saddened by it for a while and wish I could have helped him somehow. He used to check up on me and my brother when he didn't have his number and needed it again. Yeah, they really need to fix that, because there's a lot of sexual harassment, bullying, etc.

Then, she started to change. She asked me personal questions (Sexual ones) and eventually asked me if I would ever smell a girl's legs and feet and that she's never had a guy do that to her and really wants it. I'm just like “And you're telling me this why?” LOL! Well, I know a lot of Deviants that have been on here way before I got on here and have told me that it has changed in a lot of ways. I don't have anything against it and have seen some amazing work, but then I will see the comments flooded with “God, you're so sexy. I want to fuck you so badly!” Like.. seriously dude..? Wow, 2011, huh? That's quite a long time for sure. I think I know what you mean by that. I sometimes write a bunch of different things, but lately, I have been in more of a writing mood. I also take it seriously and will spend hours trying to find the right things to write about.

Very much so. There's too many people that criticize about the dumbest things or the typical bored troll. I know and I'm just like “Does this begging for points and membership ever work?” The funny thing is that this one person sent me a message asking for a core membership and they had a 6 month membership. I was like “So why do you need another one? You have half a year left..” Yeah, it's that little message thing that pops up instantly no matter where you are on this site like if you were looking through someone's gallery and then if you get a message, comment or something else, it pops up on the bottom left corner saying “So and so sent you a note” or “This person just favorited your work”
