Thank you for adding my gallery to your watch list back several months ago. I abologize for my belated response, but I like to try and give back some of my time to my watchers in the form of some critique and thoughts on their work and I have a tendency to get a bit behind at times.

Your gallery is currently a bit sparse (hopefully to change in the future) so it's hard to get a full idea of your range and ability. My best suggestions would be to continue to study your subjects and learn more about their anatomy and proportions. With horses proportions and angles are really two things that one needs to pay attention to. While horses can have a fair range of conformation there is a general "ideal" and as artists we tend to strive for said ideal because not only is it more functional in the horse, but it is more beautiful as well. A good book to look into is "The Conformation Handbook" by Heather Smith Thomas. It details ideal conformation and also goes over horse types and how to see certain characteristics in the horse.
