I found emotes, found PixelArt and here I am.
I became the Gallery Director ( community volunteer) for PixelArt here and had a ball. I had a car crash after suffering a blackout at the wheel, was really bad for a long time then I got better. By then my life had moved away from dA. I always missed it. Nearly ten years later in 2018, I have come back.
My greatest artistic passion is pure PixelArt. It touches my heart like no other art form. When I see well-executed PixelArt it is just BOOM!
I first became aware of PixelArt years ago, long before dA when I found Fool and his emotes on chat forums and then found his PA work on his personal website. From his website, I found Gas13 who was running a collaboration for PixelArt stamps. I joined in and offered a contribution. I put some computer-generated effects for which he gave me a gentle rebuke. I thank him for teaching me the integrity of genuine PixelArt. When I became GD here I asked Fool to join us on dA. There was already a username of Fool here but was totally unused and abandoned.
Moonbeam13 made a very special exception, not to be repeated and opened it up releasing it to Fool.

Wow. What a roller coaster ride, eh? I'm glad that nowadays you are well... and back to pixel art! I too was away from it (and from dA) and last year I decided to warm up and go back into doing pixel stuff. I've been posting artwork at the IsometricPixelArt account on instagram. Looking forward to seeing new wonderful artwork from you! <3

If you want to watch, then that is wonderful! Because I may not be perfect at drawing or doing art, but doesn't mean I can't learn in the process and not stop doing what I do my honest best on.

I really want people to join because I want them to just have whatever it is they are good at into the group, because whatever it is, it's fine. The more people join, the merrier.
