# About me

My name is Claudia and i am living on the rough shore of the North Sea in Germany. I am a goldsmith and the sole owner of CrazyAss Jewelry Designs.
In my apprenticeship i learned traditional gold- and metalsmithing techniques like soldering, forging and setting stones. My work is my passion and i am living my dream right now as a self-employed goldsmith. I love going on trips and enjoy everydays small and big wonders.
Each of my pieces is unique and completely handmade and handcrafted by me. I especially enjoy working with gemstones. Each and every one of them is special and i love all the beautiful colors. My favorite metal is silver as it can be bright and shiny or dark and mysterious.

I am always amazed what beautiful rings or necklaces can be made out of raw metal. It makes me happy when i hold a finished piece in my hands and even more when somebody sees the same beauty in a totally handmade and special item like i do.
