The story is that Celestia has had secrets to herself in many lives in many years but this one no longer needs to be ignored as She hears Sunset Shimmer becoming happy and has learned the value of friendship. She believes its time to reveal a secret she regrets during her life. Celestia must travel to the human world and bring Sunset back to equestria and tell her that something Sunset doesn't know... Celestia... is Sunset's mother.

and to be honest this actually could be a padded fic ti would be just Sunset who's padded up and the back story is that when she entered the world she was still new and not sure about what wore what so it was mistaken as normal wear
