I got my wig from Fantasy Sheep on ebay . The wig I bought was discontinued, and was only in their store for a very brief time unfortunately.
If you want, a similar wig is their Sweden wig, which is a wig a good number of my friends use for their England cosplays. It's not up on their ebay site now, but you can see it on their taobao page .

I'm horrible at taobao. I always just join on group orders with my bros, but you can go through taobao agents, and have them order it for you. Just google, Taobao Agents and stuff should pop up.

By the way, I heard from some people that Taobao "rips people off". Like, they supposedly make the product look fantastic and once you buy it it's horrible quality. Is this true?

I've never had a problem with ordering from taobao, and I've never heard of my friends having a problem with them unless we're getting into November-February time 'cuz of Chinese New Years stores start shutting down. But that has nothing to do with quality.
But yes, research your taobao agents.
