Yes. This is such an odd file. When I mirror it and add the original file, one of the bones disappears. I think that may be the problem, so I'm going to try adding bones.
Could you send me the meta file? I'd like to see what happens when it's mirrored in there

in the meta file there are only the feathers i made, because when I made the wing itself it said 'file problem' after converting to x file and loading into pmde ...

Hmm..I tried adding it to a model in pmd to see what would happen, and things got much worse..
It seems that mirroring the wings and saving the file doesn't mess anything up, the two can be opened in mmd without a problem. Have you considered saving two separate files? They could be made into accessories, or you could add back bones and motion data can be applied to them.
I'm going to send back the original file, plus a mirrored wing, and two rigged wings once I'm finished with them. Sorry I can't do anything better for you =/
