There isn't nearly enough Death Gate Cycle fan art out there.

Oh god, did I list August 7th?
Heh, that's Calleo's birthday. No idea why I picked that one when I signed up!

Yeah, they're fine with surfing (as long as it doesn't cut into work, which it doesn't. I do a lot of 'waiting for the computer'), but game play would be a line crosser.

Yep.
Zz is the centipede, and has a bad joke for a name (You know, Zz, because she's got legs, and she knows how to use them. Yeah.)
Buttons is the big bird eater.
Mr. Tingles (who is actually female) is the rosehair.
Striker has no pictures because she's a nasty, burrowing vicious little bitch of an Orange Bitey Thing (er, a P. murinus) and I rarely see her unless she's trying to kill me.
The roaches are from a feeder colony that feeds those three.

10" legspan, and she's not fully grown yet!
Should get up to 12".
Her fangs are as long as a domestic cat's fangs.

<3 my bugs!
The tarantulas, if they're in the mood for allowing handling, are really very soft.
They feel like kittens.
Eight legged kittens.

Huh, I'm impressed. I thought you were using a nice rig. Damn, cameras are getting advanced now... Even the cheap ones.
Nice shots.

I have a nice old Yashica Dental Eye, that takes macro shots on par with this camera.
Honestly, I didn't expect any of them to turn out as well as they did; the camera was $40 as a refurb.
I do miss not having more control over the focus, shutter, brightness and all of that, but I certainly can't complain about the results.
Though, to be fair, where the pictures were concerned, of each set, there were probably 15-20 pictures that were unusable either due to them being out of focus, the auto focus focusing on the wrong thing, or them being far too bright or far too dark.
However, being able to keep taking picture after picture with little downtime makes up for having to sift through the bad ones to get the good ones.
