Well in that case i already have one.. When you go to post pics and you need to have a preview picture, how in the hell do you change the file type?

you can do that the moment you save it, for example, let's say you save an image in PhotoShop; PS has the option for you to save it under different file types, such as .jpg, or .png., or .gif. I think the preview pic only applies when the image is a .gif, but if it is a jpg. , you don't need it. I hope I understood your question correctly, hehe
