I get them from two sources:
1. I have a friend who data mines them from the game itself
2. The site, however the site changes characters on it each time you refresh it.

I also don't remember if I got Frieza from the site or my friend. Though I do know he can appear on the site,
I'm going to sleep by the time I answer this, but tomorrow I could try and find it from the site if you don't try yourself

I know it might be a bit of a stretch, but I like to think that they're both playable. Afterall, some series will probably have more than two reps (looking at DBZ for Vegeta is unavoidable even if Toriyama doesn't care about the Prince of all Saiyans). If not, then the most obvious choice would be Aizen while Rukia is an assist (the image looks like Rukia is assisting Ichigo on one of his attacks).

I don't want to consider assist only characters until they are confirmed tbh. That's oneof the things that left sour tastes in mouths from J-Stars. That being said, Rukia being an assist it makes a lot of sense,especially considering once again J-Stars

I hope she's playable too. It might be a minor complain, but I hope we get some female characters, otherwise the game will be a sausage fest (and whatever Frieza has).

Still hoping to see some MHA, JoJo, Yu Yu Hakusho, Medaka Box and Shaman King in there too.

The devs said there would be female characters, unfortunately the only relevant main female I can think of is in fact Medaka so most others will have to secondary reps and such. 

Shaman King is such a bittersweet situation, I love the series but apparently it's now owned by Kodansha.

Well there's Arale from Dr. Slump, she might be a bit of a joke character, but she's an important of Jump's history. There's also Emma from The Promised Neverland, but I don't think it would be possible to use her. Then there's Lala from To LOVE-ru, but that one's a bit questionable.

Then we might as well don't expectanything from Yu-Gi-Oh too? I could think the same about D.Gray-man too but that one is on the mobile crossover game so it might actually be safe to use.

Btw, where did the developers mentioned that there would be playable female characters?

Arale surely should be in again like J-Stars, I know little tonothing of Neverland and I also doubt Lala's playability. 

I think Yugi might be in a similar boat to Light and Ryuk, only for story purposes. Allen needs to be playable though, he's at least still under the Jump brand.

Heh, that's awesome. Although, I have to question why they would think Chi Chi and Bulma could be playable characters? I love Bulma, but she's not a fighter.

I wonder what are the chances for Rurouni Kenshin considering it's author's situation? I think it will probably make it, although I'm sure there will be people who might complain about it (cuz there's always something to complain about nowadays).

You know what? I also hope we get to see World Trigger, Black Clover and Reborn in there too (but maybe Asta shouldn't scream too much this time).

It's just a thing people have wanted for DBZ games, it should hold no weight here though

Considering Kenshin was in at launch for Jumputi, it shouldn't be a problem

I see all those being possible,hell maybe Reborn will get more than just Tsuna this time (also I'll need to remember muting when Asta is on screen)

Might be a bit of a stretch (okay a really big stretch), but I would love to see Rosario + Vampire characters in the game, especifically Moka and Mizore. Heck, maybe even Clare from Claymore too, but that's unlikely too.

I've seen a lot of people asking for Tokyo Ghoul to be in the game, but I'm pretty sure that won't get in either. It would still be awesome though.
