I have been having an awesome time making collages on Polyvore: [link]
I take a screen shot of them (well, my favourite ones) make it into a jpeg, and post them on DA too.

It is easier than photoshop, just drag and drop stuff into the editor. And there are competitions on the site too, so if you are feeling down you can channel that emotion instead of ignoring it and turn it into something to share with others. Maybe even win a competition (though I haven't yet) and feel better!

Everything that is down comes up dear. Art can lead the way, but not if it's making you more stressed...maybe time to read a book?
