# About me

I am an illustrator, living in Vancouver, Canada. I am originally from England, and studied Illustration and Design at the Falmouth School of Art. I have done pretty much every type of art job there is, from freelance book illustration to graphic design, to 3D modeling in video games and movie to TV production. Illustration is my first love though, especially fantasy narrative illustration. I enjoy creating compositions that tell the story.
I started working in watercolours, but these days for convenience sake I use Photoshop with a Cintiq 12wx tablet. Although I still try to stay true to my watercolours style - using semi transparent washes of colour, rather than an opaque acrylic/oils approach.
