I use a Nikon D3000. Its my first and only camera so its all I know I see that a ton of people use those Cannon EOS cameras in here and the pics look pretty amazing. I am happy with my camera and its performance as of now.. maybe when I know more of what I am doing and what I want my opinion will change... but for now.. I am Nikon all the way^^

Thanks, the D3000 gets very good reviews here in UK. People tell me that once you start with Nikon or Cannon, you tend to stay with that make, not least because of the lens mountings
