Hehe. I never thought about it that way. I just sort of create...I repaint all the models that I have, use a lot of softening and color correction. My rule of thumb is: NO hard lines. Ever. Unless you are painting a diamond lol. I use a softglow (diffuse glow) at the end or a techinique I call Dreamworks: on final flattening of your piece, duplicate layer, make black and white, enhance green portions until the white glows like mad, apply a gaussian filter until the picture is recognizable but very blurry. Then go to your opacity bar and slide it until you like the look. Mine usually always hover around 35%.

Yes, sorry. You're right, I should have asked permission first. It's a non-profit piece, and you've been credited. I figured you wouldn't mind, as many photographers submit their stock here for artist's to use.
