I'll break it down for you:

wa = and (و)

rahmah = prosper (رحمة)

allah = God (الله)

barakah = bless (بركة)

All in all it mean "Peace be upon you with God's blessings and prosper"

haha, it can be challenging sometimes but when you get used to it, it's quite easy.
