Well. I've got a giant ass research paper due sometime at the end of February, and I've only got a fraction of it done. Also, I need to do the logo for the comic. I'm probably gonna scrap the old one. I don't like the way it looks...
But yeah, it's going pretty good other than that.

That sucks. Man, Junior year projects are homo, I have one too. Again, as far as the logo goes, take your time. Being rushed brings out half-assed work.

Yes, yes they are. What's your project btw?
And yeah, I should know about rushed work sucking, it's what most of my gallery is sadly enough.

I don't mind the classes, it's just ONE class that assigns enough work for an eternity. T_T

Ah ha... Ah ha...
You're funny. Why take AP classes when one can transfer from Junior College? I mean, high school's hard enough as it is. Going to a Junior College gets you ready for a real college, and most colleges have a certain number of spots for transfering students.
Oooh... I'm getting kinda ranty here huh?

lol, no worries, AP classes are just full of procrastinators. It's basically 50% more work (at times) while your GPA gets high (on drugs!).
I mean, AP English doesn't seem like an AP, nor does my AP Chem. It's just work... that we procrastinate on. ^^

Ah! Just like regular classes! lol
I hated my chem class... So much work, even though it wasn't AP... I passed with a D I think...
And WHOO Procrastination! It inspires!
I should post some of my new mecha drawings up here...

I passed AP Chem with a borderline C, and it wasn't that damaging to my GPA. ^^ This school district, an F or D is retaking the class.
I'm going to do an art dump if I ever get my shit back from my Art teacher.

Neva! Must procrastinate until 2 days before and get the highest grade in the class again!

Easy credits for the win...
Yesh! Procrastination inspires you to find something else to do, something more productive in a different way! It's bad for you, but it INSPIRES!

Really? That's great! People are the hardest to draw imo.

jacetrafalgar In reply to Tresureman-on-RvB [2010-02-24 06:10:26 +0000 UTC]
Have you ever tried to draw mecha? And I don't mean simple square and circle parts put together to look like a robot, I mean Robotech, Gundam Wing, Mechwarrior, Armored Core super detailed mecha. THAT is hard to draw. Humans are a piece of CAKE compared to mecha. Lol
But humans are very hard to draw... Yes. They can make you look weird too, because you tend to make facial expressions while drawing... That gets you weird looks in ze public places!

True, that is hard. My journey through the artistic world has just begun... So I fail right now. lmao
I guess, but it's the anatomy that always screws me in ---

jacetrafalgar In reply to Tresureman-on-RvB [2010-02-26 06:33:40 +0000 UTC]
Ah, don't worry about it. All artists think their new stuff is bad, and their old stuff is worse, and then they get better, and they find old gems that seemed awful at the time, but are the best piece that you did when you thought it sucked. All arts are screwy that way.
Yeah, anatomy is hard to get right. Most of the time I screw the feet up, because I need more practice on those, lol. Well, looks like I'm gonna be drawing feet for a while... Creepy... Β¬ΛΒ¬
