Yea, she's cute. Normal looking, but in a good way. Being super ticklish everywhere feels a little overdone, but I can't exactly fault you for that. And the masseuse aspect is a fun one. So yea, good job making her.

You're not alone, just about everyone makes a bunch of characters that are all 100% ticklish everywhere, or close to it. I think it's more interesting to have some that have a weak spot, or just normal ticklish. The ultra ticklish characters can be boring if the reaction is going to be the same all over, and in my experience only work in scenarios where (1) they're being lightly tickled with a feather or something, or (2) you're trying to get them into a tickle fight they'll lose. Just my two cents, you do you. Not trying to be harsh.
