Sometimes, but only with people who have favorited the manip they want to RP under. That's how it works. Also, no graphic sexual content and LOTS of detail with the characters, setting, etc.

Here's an excerpt from my transfer application: 

I've been accused of public intoxication, resisting arrest, and trespassing--this isn't my first time either.  After a long week I went out to a bar and had one too many.  I left the bar and went to the pool at the local hotel which is reserved for guests only.  I wasn't a guest so the hotel staff called the police.  When they arrived I fought them while they cuffed me, they really weren't in a good mood that night because they charged me with resisting arrest.  I should have known better because I've done 2 previous stints for alcohol-related crimes (DUI; Trespassing/public intoxication) at DedEndz Correctional.
