Sadly it's going to happen -if you have something in print or on the web somebody will copy it or just rip you off!.
It's not exactly a very good copy, so I see it as fan art - it's such an old piece of work that I can't be bothered to chase him down on it. If he was selling prints of it then I'd do something - even I can't sell prints due to IP and copyright issues. Thanks for letting me know.
