In my beliefs this site is for expanding and growing in your abilities... I find it vital to talk to other artists, especially ones you admire Which is why I'm thrilled every time you reply, haha. The little girl in me does a little happy dance And because I believe in it, I try my best to reply to those who have commented on my works/ front page As for the account to avoid parental eyes- I wouldn't like my dad or mum to see pictures of me in undies or corsets, lmao. And I had a photo of myself up to show my tattoo. My mum as of yet is unaware of it's existence. xP

Well I already have one tattoo, which they signed for (I'm uh... under age by just a few months, haha) but yeah, my tattoo artist has a thing for me so was cool with me getting another tattoo under the table sorta thing, LOL. But I did ask my mum beforehand and she said no, not because she doesn't agree with them, but she just knows that they're addictive, which I'm well aware of. LOL. As for the new nipple piercings and possible other piercings I am to get soon- you only have to be 16 here to get those, so she can't really stop me, even if she knew

Corsets are awesome. Ouch on the nipple piercing, though very cool, too. In a few months, maybe you'll be brave enough to take a pic. I like that you call your mum, your "mum" (I call me mum the same).

Being peirceless and tattooless, I don't know the laws here. But you progressive Canadians are always on top of things. . My best friend lived in Edmonton for a while. I went to his wedding up there.

I guess I'm one of the odd ones that sort of craves getting body mods, though. As for pictures... I actually already have a few, but technically I'm not allowed uploading them. Not that technicalities have stopped me before, but I may respect this one, for once, though I'm sure I could find a loop hole. As for my mum.... My mum was glad when I started calling her "mum". I had called her "mother" for years as a sign of my emotional distance. I call my dad, "John." Lol. But he's cool.

Stalker! Oh, but the pain is different... My friend's say my description sounds "emo", so I rarely describe the sensation anymore, but it's as if it doesn't hurt as much as something unintentional because for one thing, it was expected- obviously. Punch a hole into your skin and shove a metal bar through it, it's gunna hurt a bit And you are aware that it's not a pain that will kill you, so it's almost a thrill, a reminder you're alive (heh. I s'ose that's where they get the thought that I'm a touch emo, LOL)

It's really not all that bad... I have a few... not as many as I'd like though. They are costly, though... not including the standard lobes I've had since I was a baby, or the one that I took out because it wasn't healing... I have around 300$+ worth of piercings, haha. But I actually prefer getting inked I'm gunna stop rambling about that now, though

That's sweet about your mum... My mum thought it was odd for a while, but I think she's very used to it and even secretly likes it

I wanted to do a tattoo, some music notes, on the bottom of my foot, but was told that foot tattoos don't work that well.

Foot tattoos just fade much faster and need more touch ups. Same with hands. But you'd be able to get them still, if you're alright with these facts.

And I don't have all that many. Standard lobes (but I don't wear earrings in them- only on rare occasions), Industrial on my left ear, lip and both nipples. I want to get tragus and maybe some other ear piercings and maaaaaybe hood- but I have to be 18 for hood. And my boyfriend is thinking about getting a PA or similar, and it takes at least two weeks to heal, so we'd like to get them around the same time, lol.

Yeah, I like the industrial bar thingys. Those are cool. I had no idea what a "tragus" was--had to google it. Now don't tell me a hood or a PA wouldn't hurt. Two weeks healing time? Yeah, best to coordinate those.

I have a friend who has a "surfacing" piercing. She is very proud of it.

I rather like the industrial Though I have a LOT of mixed reactions to it... one boyfriend tried to get me to remove it... Actually, he forbade me from getting more than one tattoo (the first one I told him about after it was done) and disapproved of any more piercings. Lo and behold, I have another tattoo, a lip piercing and nipple piercings and very obviously am no longer with him Foolish boy thought he could control me What a ludicrous idea... As for the hood... I'm certain it will hurt- as I said before, puncturing a hole into your skin and sticking metal objects into it would be expected to sting a touch .

And where is your friend's surface piercing? You can get them just about anywhere, so I'm intrigued.

Boyfriends (and girlfriends) shouldn't try to change the other person, eh? To each his (or her) own. Some people will find some tatts or piercings sexy, and others won't--so the main thing is that you like it, right? Right-o. My tastes have changed so that I find a well-placed piercing to be pretty sexy.

My friend's surfacing is right between her breasts on her sternum. I think that would hurt if it were bumped. But she's very proud of it.

I'm thinking of getting a dermal anchor there, though ... probably won't, though. But it would probably be a bit sore while healing- I doubt it would be all that bad once healed, though. Like you'd think that the nipple rings would bother me, but they never have- like they've been a touch sore, but it's not constant. And it's only been two weeks since I've had them, lol.
