its very easy u can only use photoshop CS6 and use the new filter oil paint after you fix the colors like u like and adjust brightness ,you'll see its simple when you'll try it

its only on here I have issues every were else were I am on the web no one is like that , I know this place has a bad reputation that's why most of the artist I share don't want to b here , u want thieves go on facebook every day thousands of pics are being takin from here and I know all of them but me am the only one who gives credite to the artist when they say who it is , if it doesn't say well next time ill invent one

okay I think I understand I what you mean now , so i'll explain what I do I go to a website and ask the author if I can use his photo and I photoshop it I use CS6 with the oil paint filter I adjust brightness and th colors so the pop out more and then I post it and say who is the original author of the original pic that's all I do , if that's what you thought I was saying well tomorrow ill show u by skype

thank you so much its very nice , I love Linux very good OS , Wacom look really badass for a tablet and more ill get use to photoshop better results will be , I really love wht I do like u say the colors I can get to pop out they are wow blend together
