It looks like your scanner/camera is bleaching out the colors of your pictures, but you have a Photoshop or something to color digitally, too, right?  I'm not sure what you have, but if it's Photoshop you can play around with the lighting controls and sometimes bring back the color/darkness of your pencil drawings.  I used to have this problem all the time.

I do have PS.. i ust gotta get it back from my friend. I changed laptops and lent PS to a friend and forgot to download it on this one lol. 

Yeah my scanner is quite the bitch. I normally play around with the darkness/colour on the scanner option on my laptop but sometimes i just give up.

aw, don't give up.   my scanner had a color-enhancement option that helped a bit.
