I'm really sorry, but I got my PSP 8 second hand from a friend of mine, so I could not tell you exactly where she got it. I'm not certain of any stores you can buy it from, thought I would suspect Best Buy and Circuit City would sell it.
But I know that you can buy it for a reasonable price on amazon.com ([link] or [link] 
scanners are the best, I hope you can get a PSP8, personally I like it a lot ^^ though I'm DEFITNITELY no expert o.o

lately life has been hard on me. so much stuff to deal with, no it's not just school...it's more than that friendship, family...what else? too complicated to explain, but i assure you that i am well in health even if i'm constantly emotionally unstable. okay enough of that, i feel terrible neglecting all my friends on DA thus long, and I want to apologize for not being able to comment, favorite, and reply as I use to.
I miss you very much, i miss all you guys dearly, but I cannot return to DA as of right now. I'm sorry.
