True. I've actually came up with three Executions: One for Naegi, One for Kirigiri and another for a student with "The Ultimate Daredevil" title.

I call it "Monokuma's Bad Day"
The execution starts with Naegi chained to a table with four saws above him, with Monokuma standing beside him holding a remote control. The viewer can see something was wrong with the remote, clear by the sparks coming off it, but Monokuma doesn't. He pushes it, and it starts slicing Naegi. . . Only to reveal it accidentally cut off the chains. . . And hilariously, cut off the bottom of Monokuma's waist, revealing some jeans or underwear. The screen then cuts through various other execution attempts, all failing and causing some harm to Monokuma. On the last attempt, Monokuma sends Naegi to the gallows, and when he drops the stool, the noose around Naegi's neck snap, and Naegi lands on his feet. He now gets the bright idea to run, with a very agitated Monokuma chasing behind now carrying a large axe. Naegi continues to run and sees a door with exit above it. He smiles as he reaches it. . . Until he runs past a black cat. He takes his eyes off the closed door to look at the cat still running, when he trips and falls into the door, snapping his neck. Monokuma arrives and sees Naegi's body, clearly peeved that in the end, he didn't get to complete the execution.

Hmm.... interesting. Naegi running past a black cat can symbolize bad luck because black cats --- despite being very nice animals --- are seen as harbringers of bad luck. Also WHY DID I ALMOST SPELL LICK??? XD

Yeah. I got the inspiration from both Naegi's title as "Ultimate Lucky Student" and another fan execution for Naegi, where he's in a barrel that is being repeatedly pierced by swords that continue to miss him until it hits him.
A execution for Kirigiri, though I have no title for it, goes like this: Kirigiri lands in a room with eight boxes around her arraigned in a circle. In front of her is a locked door. Behind her is a timer connected to a bomb shaped like Monokuma's head, activating and counting down from 120 seconds (2 minutes.) Kirigiri, figuring there must be a key in the box, opens one, causing a knife to fly out and barely graze her cheek. She glares as she continued using a trial-and-error method on the boxes, opening them and getting sliced by flying knives. Now bleeding, weak and full of cuts, Kirigiri gets to the last box and opens it to find a key held together by an old bandage. Kirigiri, with 20 seconds left on the clock, goes to the door and tries to unlock it. Unfortunately for her, when she turns the key, it snaps in half, having been deliberately broken in half by Monokuma to give a sense of false hope for her. She gazes down at the broken key before looking at the timer behind her, now reaching ten seconds. Her face continues to turn blue, like it does in the After School Lesson execution, and when it reaches one, the screen becomes pitch black as the sounds of an explosion plays.
