So far I haven't felt stable enough to handle turns the way I did on two wheels. It take much more upper body to handle the turns and curves since there is no leaning. At first it feels like it is going to toss you off when turning until you get used to it. It was also strange getting used to not putting my feet down when stopped. Yeah, I got a passenger back rest and my wife rode with me for the first time since 1986; she was not a good passenger on two wheels. Stopping distance seems better than two wheels. SO far I haven't tried to ride without holding the handlebars with at least one hand. Without the benefit of being able to lean to make minor adjustments I'm not sure how it would handle without hands. It is nice not having to hold it up when stuck at a light or in slow heavy traffic. I'm happy with it so far.

I never leave off of handle bars. That's for young guns. Sounds a lot like sidecar rigs, they take a lot of upper body strength (I don't have). But then, I'm not looking forward to not riding motorcycles. I used to pull a chair and when I took it off, always thought I'd turn to quiche. It didn't happen thank goodness. Guzzi's don't offer 3 wheelers and I'm not keen on honda's. Thanks for the info. Seen an older lady riding a can am but, I don't know about those, either.
