I got mine on a cd that came with Bullets by MCR.

haha, i'm not into my chem anymore, but on the extra cd were AMAZING bands, ZtRRD, and the number 12 looks like you, among others!

Start plz! Just find characters that have simply outfits, that kinda look like you, then find their clothes in cheap stores. My first cosplay was kinda accidental... I bought clothes out of the blue, and later I realized that they looked like a certain character's outfit.
