My pleasure Your work caught my eye. It invited me to gander at it. I liked the expressive strokes and the dark and light. Now that you explained the title I needed to look at it again. I get feelings that I can't really explain in words, personal and spiritual/psychological. I wonder what your thought process and feelings were when making it.

it is too difficult to explain, but lets say that the thought process has to do with an evolving spirituality and an ever expanding understanding of my own human condition.  the figure is both manifesting and melting into shadow.  it is becoming less what it was and more what is unknown.  it is about fear, loss, and new hope.  it is transforming.
