I found you through the Daily Deviation, and looking through your gallery, I can say you're probably one of the most consistently good body artists I've seen on here. I love your use of every day objects especially. It's truly inspiring to those of us who feel most comfortable working with limited materials. Thanks for sharing your awesome stuff!

I just discovered you because your DD was featured on dA's facebook page, and I just wanted to say, I really admire your work. As someone who has both struggled with mental illness and loves make-up and design, your work really speaks to me.
I'm currently studying Theatrical Design and Technology, and I hope that someday I'll be able to create avant gard costumes and make-up designs that are truly reflective of not only the setting but of a character's emotional state. I think the way people are able to explore the psyche through visual art is fantastic.
Anyway, long story short, I'm going to go faving a bunch of your work now.

Wow your course sounds really interesting! I imagine its a lot of fun and hard work! In terms of reflecting emotions through imagery, my technique is to lay in bed/on the sofa, close my eyes, and let the emotion take over my body for a little while, and then the imagery starts to pop up and I bolt up and get designing! I mean, everyone has their own individual ways; its just how it works for me!
