the person who owns her is a very very good friend of mine . i'm hoping to make a plushie of the chara as soon as i have time and materials . it will be the first plushie i ever ever make, so i'm a bit scared, but noelle is a rather easy character to do, i figured .

if it turns out i can make plushies, she mentioned you, and i have you in mind for a free one .
